Data collected
Contact form: name, phone, email, message. Office request: name, phone, email, preferred start date, office concerned. “Let me know when an office is free” window: email only. Site assistant: the question asked, with no account data.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is used only to answer your request, call you back and arrange a visit (consent given through the form checkbox, and pre-contractual steps). No automated marketing, no resale.
Retention period
24 months from the last exchange, then automatic deletion from the request file.
Recipients and processors
Requests stay on the hosting server (NUXIT), outside the public part of the site. Questions asked to the assistant are only sent to Google (Gemini API) if you have accepted it. The reviews shown come from the Google Places API, queried by the server: your browser does not contact Google to display them. The access map is an embedded Google Maps map.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection: write to us through the contact form or call +33 6 09 15 25 73. Answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
Three categories, nothing else. 1) Strictly necessary: anti-spam form session, chosen language, windows already closed, your cookie choice (13 months). They do not require consent. 2) Audience measurement: no script is loaded until you accept. 3) Site assistant: your questions are only sent to Google (Gemini API) if you accept; otherwise the assistant answers only from the site’s pages and documents, with nothing sent outside. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
